About Jericho
Hello.
I'm Jericho.
I'm so glad you found your way here.
This little corner of the internet wasn't created to teach you anything or convince you of anything. It's simply a place for quiet letters about ordinary life—the kind of moments that often go unnoticed until someone pauses long enough to write them down.
I believe there's beauty in slow mornings, bookstores with creaky floors, rain that lingers longer than expected, and conversations that don't need to fill every silence. I think tea tastes better when you've forgotten about it for a few minutes, and I still wave at people walking their dogs, even if I've never learned their names.
Most of these letters begin beside a study window with a warm mug nearby. Sometimes they're inspired by something as small as a sparrow arguing with the wind or an elderly couple holding hands in the grocery store. Other times they're born from the quiet questions we all carry but don't always know how to ask.
I don't have all the answers.
I'm simply paying attention.
If these letters remind you to notice something beautiful on an ordinary Tuesday, or encourage you to sit with your tea for five more minutes before rushing into the day, then they've done exactly what I hoped they would.
Whether this is your first visit or your fiftieth, you're always welcome here.
Come in.
Stay as long as you'd like.
There's always a light on.
— Jericho
